Rasta - Granulat - Sand - Samball - Moon

This game was originally played with round stones by the Indians of North and South America. The material used today is considerably softer. Only hip leg, knee, or foot may touch the footbag. No ground contact is allowed. The number of players is not restricted. They can pass it to one another while standing in a circle or across a net. Or you can play acrobatic tricks all by yourself.
