Jazzminton - the new cool beach ball set from Schildkröt - nominated as a Top10 toy 2018.

A very special sound, a precise flight curve and the LED night play option are the special features of the new Jazzminton set from Schildkröt Funsports. When the ball bounces, the rebound effect of the so-called ‘birdies’ creates a completely new playing experience; they bounce like a ‘bouncy ball’. The special arrangement of the springs causes the ball to rotate on its own. The result is a very stable flight curve of the birdies, which makes jazzminton fun for everyone. The set comes in different ball variants and enables playing distances from 1.5m to 10m. Three different birdies offer all the extras for beginners (red feathers - slow), experienced players (yellow feathers - fast) and the LED ball for playing in the dark (orange feathers). An LED light in the head of the birdie lights up when it hits the club thanks to a motion sensor - the light then goes out again after approx. 10 seconds. This means that indoor or outdoor play can begin at any time, whether without a net or as a battle with a badminton net. Always and everywhere. And with significantly more fun than any other beach ball set!

The Jazzminton set consists of 2 rackets with comfortable non-slip soft grips (varnished 7mm plywood, handy and light, 33cm x 19cm), 3 birdies shuttlecocks (1 red slower, 1 yellow faster, 1 transparent with LED light in the head). All packed in a blister pack. The LED birdie is equipped with a CR927 battery, the battery is replaceable, remove the inserted contact lock on the battery before first use. Jazzminton replacement balls / replacement birdies are available in packs of 3 under item number A15115.
