Please sit on a chair. Then measure the length from the seat to your head (sitting upright). Add 10 centimetres. This is then a good size.
Air ring 2 point without handle
In general, 2 points are suitable for ensuring that you don't twist while practising or presenting. We therefore recommend this version of the aerial hoop, especially for beginners.
Aerial hoop 1 point
If you want to spin, it is best to add a swivel to one of the points. This also allows trainers to show their group a trick or exercise from several sides.
