General Terms of Sale Ordering Conditions

All prices are ex-works Karlsruhe in Euro incl. tax, without packaging and shipping costs.

When ordering from outside EEC tax will reduce to zero when clicking your country/area in order form.

Delivery costs inside EEC are € 16.- per order, inside EFTA € 18.- per order.

Shipping costs outside EEC will be calculated according to weight.

Minimum quantity for orders is € 15.00. For orders with total € 500,- we give you a discount of 10%.

Orders from outside Germany netto with a 3% discount for payment received by bank transfer prior to next day shipping or

payment by Paypal netto by pre-payment prior to shipping or payment by credit card netto by pre-payment prior to shipping .

We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications of products without piror notice.

Delivery Shedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order inside EEC in 2-8 days, outside EEC 6-14 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Please send email if you would rather not wait.
